At Powered By Power BI (PBPB), our mission is to empower your business with intelligent reporting solutions. We are committed to client satisfaction and work collaboratively to ensure every project meets your objectives.
1. Our Service-Based Model
PBPB provides professional, service-based solutions. Our fees are based on the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your project. Unlike physical goods, these services cannot be “returned.” Therefore, our policy is structured around project milestones and work completed.
2. No Refunds on Services Rendered
Payments made for work already completed, or for project milestones that have been met and delivered, are non-refundable. This includes initial project deposits, which cover the discovery, planning, and resource allocation phases of a project.
3. Project Cancellation
– Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, any payments made for work performed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. The initial deposit remains non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
– Cancellation by PBPB: In the unlikely event that PBPB must cancel a project, we will provide a refund for any pre-paid fees corresponding to work that has not yet been completed.
4. Client Satisfaction
We believe in proactive collaboration to prevent dissatisfaction. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, we urge you to communicate with us immediately. We are committed to working with you to address the issue, which may include revising deliverables or re-allocating project hours, as defined within our project agreement (SOW). Our goal is to ensure you receive the value and insights you expect.
5. Final Deliverables
Upon final payment, all project deliverables (dashboards, reports, etc.) are formally transferred to you. At this stage, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
